Excerpts from public reviews
They were able to get me an exact fit cover and lift for my used hot tub. Very happy with both.
— Google, 5★, December 28, 2025Excellent customer service. Placed my order in the early pm for spa parts I could not find in Wisconsin. Same day I received notification they had shipped. Arrived three days later.
— Google, 5★, July 15, 2023Knows the products and quickly helped with getting my spa back up and running. Note that this is the place to go for "official" Great Lakes Spa hot tub parts and advice.
