JT Power Services is listed as an electrician at 14330 Industrial Center Dr, Suite B, in Shelby Township, MI. The business describes itself as a licensed and insured general contractor serving southeastern Michigan and an approved dealer and installer for Duromax portable generators. Its focus is on portable generator packages intended to supply whole-house power during outages, rather than permanent standby generator installations. The idea for the business took shape in 2022, when two local businessmen sought to offer a turnkey alternative to traditional standby systems. According to the company, its wheeled generator package allows hookup in under five minutes and can be used at multiple locations or taken to a future home. The company states a goal of delivering this solution for half the cost of a traditional standby product; that is its stated aim, not a verified price comparison. Its Google listing has a 5-star rating based on one review.
