• I love everything from the idea lab to the quiet cozy couches in the middle. Staff is also very helpful — Google, 5★, July 16, 2026
• The place is nice but it is really loud and very hard to study at times — Google, 3★, July 15, 2026
• The recent updates to the library have made accessibility better. The Library offers a variety of services, the book selection extensive. That said, metered parking is limited adjacent to the library. The Chester Street structure does offer free parking for the first two hours. — Google, 3★, July 11, 2026
• My family loves Baldwin! The Reading Room is seriously beautiful. My husband will sometimes slip over to the library and enjoy some quiet time there. There is a great children's section with friendly librarians, who specialize in children's issues. My daughter loves their Storyti — Google, 5★, June 30, 2026
