• Great burger and service. The Smashburger meat was excellent. I liked the available toppings and the tater tots were crispy. — Google, 5★, September 26, 2026
• Amazing spot. Brought a new friend here today and we had a blast! Hailey was our server and honestly made our night. She was very attentive to us, kind and bought us a little parting gift. Super great restaurant and staff! — Google, 5★, September 26, 2026
• We love Basement Burger Bar, in Farmington! Recently we went and had dinner and had Hailey. She was excellent. Super friendly and engaging. She brought us little mini dinosaurs with our food-very cute little added touch that my daughter appreciated. Thank you for a great time! — Google, 5★, September 25, 2026
