Big Mini Putt Club at 70 Ionia Ave SW in Grand Rapids, MI pairs an indoor nine-hole mini golf course with a bar and arcade games. The business began in Chicago, and its owners designed and built the course to offer a challenge for different skill levels. Its course and bar design draw on the idea of summer nights spent playing mini golf with family and friends, followed by a slushie. Despite the name, it is not a membership club. The setting is casual, with seating, food served at the bar, and beer, wine, liquor, cocktails, and happy-hour drinks. Trivia nights, bar games, and sports viewing add options beyond the course. Children are welcome, and the venue is suitable for groups; it also identifies as LGBTQ-welcoming and a transgender safe space. The entrance, restroom, and seating are wheelchair accessible. Paid lot and street parking are available, though wheelchair-accessible parking is not listed. Service is dine-in only, without table service or reservations.
