• I arrived at 2:10pm, as a walk-in, and there was no wait. I was taken to an exam room within 5 minutes and vitals were taken. Within another 5 minutes I was seen by Nicole. • Checked in at the front desk, faced with the most unfriendly receptionist. We wrote down what we were in for. Receptionist says nothing, takes intake sheet, and walks to the back treatment area to discuss with a physician. • Literally left me in a room for over 20 mins no type of 10 min check in. No cap the auto sensor lights went off while waiting. That’s how long i was unattended.
