• Yes every coach i experienced at the Birmingham location was amazing. Marissa, Regan, Marissa, Racquel, and Lana were 10/10. I really wanted to take a class also with Stephanie but my schedule got a little crazy, but I will be back to experience her class after my vacation — Google, 5★, June 17, 2026
• Super friendly staff and instructors! My first time here was super welcoming! Definitely sign up a few days / week ahead of time as most classes get a waitlist! — Google, 5★, June 16, 2026
