• They did a very good job with our dog Lucy, she’s very skittish because she’s a rescue. And they took their time with her and did an amazing job. — Google, 5★, September 26, 2026

• They did a fabulous job working with our very anxious new rescue. We were nervous about how the visit would go but they completely put us at ease and did a fabulohs job with the grooming session. I cannot recommend them highly enough. — Google, 5★, September 20, 2026
• My cat had some pretty bad matts in her hair she wouldn't let me touch, yet they were somehow able to get them all out! The staff was beyond kind, super patient and helpful and they were reasonably priced. If I have to take my cat back for grooming - it'll definitely be here. Abs — Google, 5★, September 19, 2026

• Incredibly kind and caring. We are new clients. We have been searching for someone to groom our sheep dog. They took the time to gently ease her into the idea of letting someone new groom her. Their compassion for their customers and their expertise made this visit a total succes — Google, 5★, September 10, 2026
