U-M Property Disposition is a thrift store selling used goods at 3241 Baxter Rd in Ann Arbor, MI. Its current shopping arrangements differ from a walk-in store: the business states that there are no in-person warehouse shopping hours. Instead, it offers two purchasing methods, Dispo Direct eRetail and eBid, both accessible through its website. Anyone planning to shop should start there rather than arrive expecting to browse the warehouse. The location lists onsite parking, wheelchair-accessible parking, and a wheelchair-accessible entrance, though those features do not change the stated restriction on in-person warehouse shopping. Listed payment options include credit cards, debit cards, and mobile NFC payments. Delivery is not offered. U-M Property Disposition has a Google rating of 4.4 out of 5 from 151 reviews. For shoppers considering this used-goods business, the key practical detail is its website-based purchasing setup, with both eRetail and eBid available.
