Excerpts from public reviews
Employees are really rude and treat like customers poorly. I stopped going here and started going to the Troy location.
— Google, 1★, July 24, 2026Go inside the fresh building. Difficult to find since there is no signs of usps. They have packaging to ship priority mail. It is a Meijir customer service desk that also has a subset of usps services.
— Google, 5★, July 23, 2026This is NOT USPS
— Google, 1★, July 13, 2026Why is this listed as a location for the post office if they can’t do any of the services that the USPS offers? Waste of time.
— Google, 1★, February 19, 2026At first we were unsure if this was really a post office but they have a full array of the flat rate shipping boxes and envelopes. We got a tracking number and a flat rate shipping envelope. And the lady at the customer service counter was very nice and helpful!
— Google, 5★, January 15, 2024It’s not a post office. And they are more rude than the post office.
