Noemic sends text messages only when someone gives a phone number in a Noemic flow or asks to receive something by text.

A message may confirm a conversation, send a requested link, continue a support or sales conversation, or respond to a direct reply.

By giving a phone number in a Noemic experience and asking us to text, you agree to receive text messages from Noemic at that number.

Message frequency depends on the conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Reply STOP to stop text messages from Noemic. We also recognize common stop words such as STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT.

After an opt-out, we may send one confirmation that the opt-out was recorded. Reply START to opt back in, or HELP for help information.

Reply HELP for help, or email hello@noemic.com. If you think a number was entered by mistake, tell us and we will suppress it.

We store the phone number, message body, delivery status, and timing needed to operate the conversation and honor opt-out requests.

We do not sell phone numbers. Product-specific message flows may have their own terms when the product, not noemic.com, is the sender.
